Who we are. Frontrunner Local ("we," "us") is a local-visibility service for local service businesses. This policy explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us — when you book a call, fill out a form, or contact us: your name, business name, email, phone, and anything you tell us about your business.
- Onboarding information — for clients, the details and photos you submit through our onboarding form, used solely to deliver your service.
- Automatic information — standard web analytics (pages visited, device/browser, approximate location from IP).
How we use it
To respond to you, prepare your visibility audit, deliver and improve the service, send service-related communications, and run our business. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we use to run the business (hosting, CRM, payments, email, scheduling, and cloud storage), each only as needed to provide their function, and anyone required by law.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business and legal purposes, then we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices

Text messages

Children
This site isn't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
